About
A concise academic biography and career path.
I was born in southern Italy and moved to Rome to study theoretical physics. In January 2013 I defended my Ph.D. thesis, Tidal Interaction in Compact Binary Systems, under the supervision of Valeria Ferrari.
After research appointments in Portsmouth, Rome, Atlanta, Tübingen and Lisbon, I joined the Gran Sasso Science Institute, where I am currently Associate Professor.
